3. Registration and Acceptance

You can access most areas of the Site without registering. However, certain areas require registration. By accessing any part of the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, please leave the Site immediately.

4. Use Restrictions

You may not use the Site for:

Posting or transmitting material without necessary licenses or approvals
